- Please turn the garment inside out and hand wash it separately in cold water.
- Due to the nature of pigment dyes, darker colors may experience early color fading and color transfer. Please be careful when wearing the item with light-colored clothing or accessories, and we recommend washing it separately.
- Using a machine dryer may cause the fabric to shrink, so please air-dry the garment naturally. A slight odor may occur due to the dye used during the washing process, and this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
- Glowny’s signature classic label is made from natural cotton seeds. During washing and drying, the oils from the cotton seeds and their shells may transfer onto the main fabric. Please take extra care not to leave the garment soaking in water for an extended period.
- Color transfer caused by the above factors is not considered a product defect, and exchanges or returns will not be accepted for this reason.
